I read Nancy Kelley‘s first book His Good Opinion last year and absolutely loved it. Therefore, when I saw that there was a second book in the series ready for my reading pleasure, I didn’t hesitate to pick it up and get straight into it.

I’ve had this book on my ‘to read’ list for a while now and I was looking for something short and quick to read before I went to bed. I picked it up hoping for something light and easy to read, I got what I was looking for.

I’ve bought so many Kindle books off Amazon now that I’ve to trust the suggestions that the site makes for me in terms of what else I could be reading. When The Duke’s Reform came up as a recommendation, it sounded right up my alley.

I’ve read some of Kate Harper‘s work before; I very much enjoyed the Midnight Masquerade series last year. When I saw this book on Amazon, the title is what drew me in and I was more than willing to give it a go because I know the author and the fact that I like her read more »

While I was busy reading Foundation by Peter Ackroyd, Rachel van Dyken released the latest in her London Fairy Tales series, The Wolf’s Pursuit. I have enjoyed everything I’ve read of Rachel van Dyken’s up to this point, particularly the London Fairy Tales series, so I saw no reason why I wouldn’t enjoy this story read more »

I love a good freebie from the Kindle store; I’ve discovered many books that I would have otherwise been unaware of because they were free on the Kindle store. The Wild One by Danelle Harmon was one of those freebies. Reading this first book in a series of 4 lead me immediately on to the read more »

So it’s 2013, and I’ve set myself a new reading challenge on Goodreads. I’m going to attempt to read 75 books this year, and my first pick for the year is Ruth Ann Nordin’s The Earl’s Inconvenient Wife. I’ve not read anything by Ruth Ann Nordin before but the book blurb sounded fairly interesting and read more »

I’m a huge fan of Rachel Van Dyken, and as well as reading her work I like to see what she’s reading as she seems to enjoy similar works to me. I noticed on Goodreads and Twitter that she seemed very interested in Redeeming The Deception Of Grace by Kristen Vayden, so I thought I’d read more »
